The Upchurch Group, Inc. a respected Architectural, Engineering, Surveying firm seeks experienced Civil / Structural Engineer with Illinois PE/SE professional license to work out of our Mattoon, IL office. Candidate will be responsible for structural design and the preparation of contract bid documents including final plans, specifications and cost estimates for transportation related structural and roadway projects. Candidate will assist the architectural department with structural design on some building projects. Candidate will have the opportunity for advancement to managing agent / director of all structural engineering projects.
Requirements:
- PE / SE professional license in Illinois.
- At least 5 years experience as a Structural Engineer
- Working knowledge of Microstation and Geopak software
- Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation specifications, policies, and procedures.
